Working as a temporary worker offers you, as a technical professional, the opportunity to work on diverse projects. These are often projects lasting from a few months to a year. To offer companies the opportunity to retain the right professionals for a longer period, our employees are also seconded. The biggest difference with temporary employment is that a secondment agreement is signed by three parties: the employee, the client, and the contractor. You are therefore employed by Emtes Workforce, but fall under the management of the company where you are seconded.

Are you a seconded employee? Then you work based on a long-term contract. Usually, these are projects and assignments that last from six months to several years. In addition, Emtes Workforce also offers agreements for an indefinite period. In that case, you have a permanent employment with us, and we ensure that you are continuously deployed on interesting projects for our clients.

Whether for temporary staffing or secondment, we always make clear agreements with our employees and clients in advance. All agreements regarding your employment, duration, terms of employment, training, education, content, and duration of the project you are assigned to, are laid down in writing in a temporary staffing or secondment agreement. This way, you know exactly where you stand and will never be faced with surprises.
