Frequently asked questions

Often, hours are submitted centrally by our clients. However, it also happens that employees themselves are responsible for submitting their hours. In both cases, it is important that Emtes Workforce receives the hours no later than Tuesday by 12:00 PM after the end of the worked week at: administration@emtes.eu. We typically pay our employees on Thursday or Friday.

If you are ill, please report it by phone before 09:00 AM to both your Emtes contact person and the client, and by email to administration@emtes.eu. Failure to do so may have consequences for the payment of your sick pay. Always report it on time.

When will I receive my payslip?
We send salary slips weekly by email.

When will the salary be paid?
We pay salaries every week. For example, if you worked in week 6, you will receive your salary for that week in week 7. The salary is paid on Thursday or Friday.

For questions about your payslip or salary, you can send an email to administration@emtes.eu 

Report your holiday or leave to your Emtes contact person for whom you work in good time. This is not only important for your payroll, but also for your client. Then we can possibly arrange for a replacement.

In addition to Emtes being a VCU certified company, we consider safety and health extremely important. Both the employer and the employee are responsible for safety and health in the workplace. 

Emtes applies the NBBU Collective Labor Agreement. This includes all employment conditions applicable to temporary workers as agreed between the CAO parties.
